This Winter has been an exceptionally wet. There have been record breaking rain totals and drought busting storms. This has been good for the farmers and those who depend on the rainfall, but not so good when it comes to showcasing a home. That’s where I come in. The real estate market doesn’t stop and these homes have to get listed. Real estate agents want to showcase their listings as best as they can and when the skies are unpleasant, they turn to me. Here is another example of my excellent sky replacement technique.
This time of year living the Bay Area it’s common knowledge that the weather can be pretty unpredictable. This is true for some parts of the Bay Area such as Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, and parts of San Francisco all year. The skies are not always that pristine blue that makes the homes so sunny and cheery. I hear from many agents that are concerned about the skies on photo day. Most of the time, rescheduling is not an option. That’s why I sat down and taught myself to meticulously replace the skies when they are less than desirable. This is my blue sky guarantee and it when my clients see their photos they know they chose the right photographer. Check out this home I shot in San Mateo last week during the multitude of storms we received.
